Hi,
I recently encountered something I've never seen before (or did not really see). When selecting tokens (PC or NPC does not matter) some of the tokens have green border directly around the token. Others have a broader green boarder a bit off-setted from the actual token.
See the images for an illustration of that. Does anyone know what is happening here?

When you select a token the ring should reflect the dice colour that the user (player) has selected. If no players are joined (and thus there is no dice information) the ring on player tokens will be green for the DM. The DM tokens will have a red circle if the creature is hostile; green if friendly and yellow if neutral

But the tokens shown in the pictures are all friendly PCs and still have different styles. So why does this happen?

What are the actual sizes of the token graphics in pixel dimensions? I would guess that the fox-man token has different dimensions than the greyscale-man token. The colored border is drawn using the radial distance of the token from its center point.

They all have 250x250(px^2) dimensions and were created the same way. They all use the same GIMP layout and get fitted to the black frame.

The files may have extra pixels in different positions possibly; or be in a slightly different format or color scheme.
Can you provide a copy of both files; and I can run them past Carl to see what is happening?

I see the tokens as being different. The first one has a silver border on it and the second one doesn't. So it looks like they've been constructed with different borders.
