Hello.

With the Mask mode button gone in FGU I wonder if there are any shortcuts to enter/leave Mask mode? Currently I am using right-click -> Layers -> Enter Mask Mode, which is more convoluted compared to the old Mask mode button. A keyboard shortcut would be nice.

I also like to suggest to change the mouse-pointer based on the modifier key being pressed in Mask mode. It's easy to mix up shift, alt and ctrl and the color of the box/line only becomes visible once you start drawing.

Small bug report: Often the color of the box/line stays red (erase mask) when shift is pressed instead of being blue (draw mask). I was not able to find a rule as to when it happens, but it seems to happen rather often (maybe even most of the time).

OH MY GOD! YES PLEASE!!!!! This is one of the most cumbersome things and really takes me out of running a game having to say oh wait guys hold on while I switch back from mask mode. If there is an old shortcut that has come from FGC I never knew of it

I have been using the mask tool in the tool bar that opens up when you unlock the image. Hopefully I wont be using masking after they add dynamic lighting.

I filed a specific [BUG] for the bounding box color issue:
