Scenario export "thumbnails" syntax and path

I've tried a few different ways, but I can't seem to get the thumbnail to display on exported scenarios. Where is it expecting the file to be and what's the acceptable syntax for that line?

The path is from the data directory. So find that open the data directory from the FG menu on the start menu. What I did was create a directory called Icons and put my all my scenario icons it it. To give a concreate example went I export to get the icon I now say: Icon\MonLow.png with icon the directory in the data folder and MonLow.png the picture file in the directory.
