Some players couldn't see the map when I activated the line of sight, while some players could. I don't know if this is an issue with their FG installation or if it was a problem with the host (me).

I manually defined the walls, that seems to be right, since I saw everything well when clicked on tokens.

The vision for that having the the issue was black, blinded.

MOD: moved to FGU forum

Did the players own a PC? Was that PC added to the CT? Was the PC token added to the map FROM the CT?
Did behavior change when you set the Option Party Vision to On?

All the players had a PC added to the map from CT. I didn't tried set the option party vision to on. To be true, I didn't checked how that option is set. I'll do this later.

Last week the LoS worked properly. This time only 3/6 of the players had problem in the Los viewing.

Can you have one of your players experiencing the issue grab a screenshot next time? It may help us determine the cause. Thanks.

Thanks. Did you have the grid visible on the map?

No, I set the grid to invisible.

My vision works properly.

So how is the party vision supposed to work? I am running LMoP with LoS enabled, party vision on. The party can see all the members of the party, but do not have the map fog of war exposed for what each member can see. Is this how it is supposed to work or a potential extension interference/glitch? Your FGU Party Vision picture is actually an excellent example of what I am talking about - if it removed Fog of War for all party members (vs. just exposing terrain/corridors/rooms/etc.) then the characters would all be able to see what the character in the bottom right of the group would be able to see (beyond the barrel).

A group I play in exposed a second LoS issue. I was playing in 5e as a PC (not GM/DM), I was controlling two characters. If I clicked on the map so that neither of my characters were the "active" PC, then it would expose for my vision everything that visible NPCs could see. This included NPCs that were in buildings (out of my line of sight), NPCs that were behind barricades (out of my line of sight), behind other buildings, etc. I think that if they were on the combat tracker (and not tagged as always invisible), I could see what all of them could see.

Obviously this is something that needs to be corrected.

Just to be clear - I was not controlling any of the NPCs.

With Party Vision On, then a player that does NOT have any token selected will see the culmination of all LOS revealed areas for all friendly tokens. If they select a tokens, then they will only see the LOS revealed by that token.

Yes it might be interference with an extension. It is always suggested any troubles be resolved with ALL extensions turned off. You can follwo the link in my signature to get more advice on how to troubleshoot and report issues.

Can you ask the GM to try the LoS without any extensions loaded? It sounds like some of the token settings are not getting set correctly when mapping from the CT and the options onto the tokens.
