Ultimate Upgrade issues

Making a long story short, our DM has a standard FGU license, he hit upgrade and upgraded to Ultimate and now when he starts FGU it says free.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I've not specifically done it this way, but your GM should be able to go link at the top of the page for Store>Order History (see pic below) and get their Key.

From there have them start at #5 under Installing the Software (https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGU/pages/819212/Installing+Fantasy+Grounds+Unity#Install-the-Software) to complete the setup, they need to enter their Forum username/password and Key.
