Can't share Maps/Images?

Several maps and images I had prepared for my game today failed to share with the players - the battlemaps were black with a superimposed grid with the tokens all visible, and the images just had red question marks.
They appeared entirely fine on my screen.
Other larger battlemaps I had created and shared with them in previous sessions appeared rapidly and normally.
A map from the module Ghosts of Saltmarsh shared absolutely fine?
Baffled and sad, because I have been uploading a lot of custom maps...

Have confirmed by logging in simultaneously as GM and player - black screen, with grid, constrained by normal LOS (so you can see it's a boat and how big it is by the area where the white grid appears).
Checking other maps - no, none of my maps that I created will share, but ones from modules are fine.
It looks similar to what happened once when I moved a map within FGU data, but then I couldn't see it as the GM either - and I haven't moved the images within FGU.

As noted in the thread I pointed to it's a known issue and is being worked on.
