tomb of annihilation guides

Hi I am getting read to run tomb of annihilation on fantasy grounds this will be the 2nd thing I have run ran Lost Mines before this.
I was trying to make the guides into pcs on FG so the players could control who they pick has any one done this for them having trouble with some of the more unusual ones I don’t miss if there not 100% like in the book.
Any help or tips would be great.

As detailed in the 'Using this module in Fantasy Grounds' (see story entry 00.01) you can give control of the NPC guides to the players.

That was 100% what I was looking for might have to edit the guys but will work thanks for that.
And those vids are great I used the one for making token mods before.
