View Full Version : Disable Fumble and Critical Hit for NPC's?

I'm wondering if there is a way for the automatic Fumble and Critical Hit tables to be disabled when an NPC rolls a 1 or 20 during combat? If not, is there a way to set up the default table so that it doesn't trigger the "effects table" as a secondary possibility for NPC's?

I could leave it to non-visible and just adjust the outcomes accordingly with what I (as GM) tell the party… but it would be simpler to have the system manage this through a setting or modification.

Thanks!

There's no option to disable for just NPCs. That would have to be developed as an extension with more options to denote whether it applied to NPCs or not; whether fumbles and crits applied to NPCs; and what table to use.

Thank you... I haven’t ventured into writing extensions yet. This may get me there, lol!

Appreciate your response!
