Extension question:
is it possible to intercept specific automated rolls?

for example, if a roll is going to kill a character, it is possible to pop up a dialog to the GM before it is made public to the player? ... the popup would allow the GM to modify the results of the roll.

It would require someone to write an extension that was specific to the game system that understood what you wanted to do to interrupt, and how you would want to handle it. There's nothing like that built-in.

The GM can always turn on manual rolling option, if they want to fully control the rolls.
