Hello.
How to set LOS on walkable ground only?
This would be fast as hell instead of the style you made it right now, mho.. :/
Or how to brush the LOS? This would be even more cool as the system right now..

See the last four videos here for how to add LoS https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?55797-How-do-I-in-Unity&p=492112#post492112
A lot will depend on the map and the scale of the map as to how quickly you can add the occluders. But you'll find you get faster as you get better at doing it. Also don't try and draw occluders around every nook and cranny where the walls aren't straight - like caves etc.

There are some options while using layers to duplicate a Layer as LoS.
Here is a video series on the tools. (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3h0dIaiayC9HEfu73vRNoTFVHqHwMd2s)

Also, if your mapping assets have LOS baked into them already (such as tiles) then the LOS will be there when you place the tile.

Well.. Still dunno why Its not possible to have a tool that says: This is the path where ppl can SEE, the rest is dark/wall.
And do this with a brush tool.. Well.. FG wasnt user friendly at all..:D
How to say "torch activated" = Bigger LOS?

You can already do this, see here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGU/pages/260440084/Developer+Guide+-+Extracting+LOS+Data+for+Modules
Also, there is for example the painting mode and the "duplicate lines" button in the LoS mode :) With that you can draw something using the paint stuff (also with zero opacitiy), then click on this button and it places corresponding LoS lines over that :) (Oh, Sulimo mentioned it already :) )

Well.. Im no IT guy.. Thats sadly too complex for me..
Still dunno why they chose the hard way instead of the easy way (markt the walkable area) to make LOS possible in FG. ^^

That tool might indeed look tempting and a bit complicated, but one gets used to it :) (but I hope that it will be baked in at some point, too :) )
The duplicate line thingy actually is not complicated, when you also refered to that :)

There are tile sets in the FG Store that have LOS built into them already. Such as; https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/product.php?id=AAWFGANYBSGDSC
And most/many of the ones found here; https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/?sys=-1&pub=-1&typ=7&search=&los=1&sort=1

I don’t get your point. How would you use a paint tool to mark line of sight? How would you paint in doors and windows with any kind of accuracy so that they joined to the walls. How would you even paint the walls with any accuracy. I could see that you could colour in a patch of terrain but I can’t see how anything else would work with the kind of fine detail required to make sure that the LOS didn’t spill through into areas that it shouldn’t.
