Fantasy grounds unity not working

It tells me that it don't have access to either application or data. I click fix permission and it tell me that it failed to do so....

Check your anti-virus. Sounds like it has quarantined the application.

MAke sure that you have an exception for Fantasy Grounds in your anti virus. Some anti virus programs are known to reset permissions after FG has set them during the install. You may have to set permissions your self to the data and installation folder but make sure that you have an exception in your anti virus first.

I have exactly the same problem. Norton is/was set to allow the program and the update....

Edit: Starting FGU as an admin (first time i have to do this for any pgm), it shows the fixing msg, but starts the dowload behind the msg without pressing a key.

I got it fixed in a weird way...
I tried to uninstall FGU, but it locked at 12% uninstalling. Tried several times but it kept locking at 12%, so I was afraid i had a serious problem. But when i started FGU as i normally did, it suddenly worked! No more messages about fixing permissions which failes. It just runs and updates! Not sure if the uninstall proces is also working. I better leave it this way.
