I know that I can put a creature in the CT and then click on the box image and can then change size (if necessary) and reach to 10 feet, etc.
I also know that I can put the fist or weapon for melee and assign what the reach is.

Is there a location to select what the reach is elsewhere.? I created a dragon that was huge and had a 10 foot reach with his claws but the CT only showed 5 feet so I have to manually adjust it.

I know it is not a big functionality to prevent attacks but it helps as DM to be reminded of the range when characters are moving around a creature.

Thanks for any guidance in advance.

Love this community and it has saved my daughters game after she moved away with her military husband.

Thank you very much Smiteworks and the FG community.

No, reach always defaults to 5 feet. I don’t think FG pays any attention to the reach mentioned in the weapon or any other description.

I just did a test. I put a fire giant that has a 10 foot reach and a human PC that had a club. Both could attack each other with no distance issues.

Yep. i had no issues with the combat itself. I just wanted to see the reach no the map. we had people attacking while learning the program and were 60 feet apart and using melee.

The reach value is not used to limit anything in FG. The only thing the value is used for is to draw the reach shading that displays on a map when you click the token.
