I'm trying to use effects to provide a stat buff/debuff to some players, we're playing 5E. For some reason, Fantasy Grounds Unity keeps halving the value. I've already tried restarting, I've tested this on multiple characters/NPCs with different stats, and I disabled all extensions, so it's either a bug or I'm doing something wrong (which is what I'm hoping haha).
As an example, if I use the effect "STR: 6", it adds a +3 modifier to strength rolls, not 6. An 18 gives a +9, etc. It halves negative modifiers too.
