Rulesets: Savage Worlds, D&D 5E
Operating System - Win 10 (both GM and Player)
Error Log - None - no error was generated.
I noticed this with Savage Worlds and verified with 5E. I did not see a bugs list at this point so sorry if this is known.
For the player only, the targeting tool on the map is not selecting when dragged over an area. It does work when individually selecting a target. The corresponding tool worked properly on the GM side. See attached picture.
