Joining FG Classic games from FG Unity

I'm wondering if it's possible to join a Fantasy Grounds classic game from Fantasy Grounds Unity. I recently updated to Mac OS Catalina, which doesn't run 32 bit games like the older version of FG but runs FGU just fine.

Am I still able to join/run games with players using the previous version of FG?

The two versions are not compatible; and use completely different network and UI engines.
