Connection issues

[Quantum Quail]

Hello all,
I'm having a bit of trouble hosting a game.
I went through all the port forwarding stuff and Fantasy Grounds created one automatically but that didn't work. I set it up manually instead, no luck
I did try to run 2 instances of the game and connect locally, no problem there.
Tried to turn firewalls of, no luck there either.

Would any of you know how to help me out?
