Dear prospective Dungeon Master,
We’re an established group of 5, who have been playing together for years. We just finished the DnD 5e adventure Tomb of Annihilation, and now our wonderful DM would like a change of pace, and to be a player in our next adventure.
We’re a beer & pretzel group, who value a laugh over intense, dramatic storytelling. One member also has to work every other Saturday, so we play the alternate Saturdays in between. This means that if something unforeseen happens, we play once that month, although we wouldn’t mind playing an alternative campaign with those who can attend the session. This can be a one-shot for a rule system you just want to try out.
While we would ultimately like to play through the long-term D&D 5e campaign Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, or Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden, getting to know us through a few one-shots is dandy. We are willing to provide you with the necessary modules through the gifting system.
We would love for you to be a regular member of our steady gaming group. We hang out on Discord, and use that for voice chat during our games.
We usually play short and sweet 2-hour sessions, every other Saturday, starting at 14:00 / 2 PM GMT/UTC. Upcoming Saturdays which are play-dates are: 24 October, 7 December, 21 December, and so on.
