Help with my useability study

Hello all,

I am gonna try this again. I am a grad student who is conducting a useability study of FGU for my Human Factors class. If you have a few minutes to fill out my survey, I would so greatly appreciate it. I had posted before but some were concerned about the possibility of me using this to phish so I reworked the survey, took off the demographics questions, and removed the need to input your email address. I would truly appreciate any help I can get on this as getting feedback from users is an important section of my project. What is a useability study?

It sorta seems to me that this study would feed the competition.

Q: What are the top three things wrong with FGU?
A: Roses, Dandelions and Daises.

seycyrus: Usability testing refers to evaluating a product or service by testing it with representative users. The goal is to identify any usability problems, collect qualitative and quantitative data and determine the participant's satisfaction with the product.

And to be perfectly honest, there is no information that I am receiving on my surveys that couldn't be discovered with a few minutes of google searching and reading forums...if FGU is gonna be toppled by the competition, my amateur survey isn't gonna be tool they use. I have to practice with multiple modes of inquiry in order to learn more, but my survey honestly is way too broad (something I have learned by reading the answers, which is kinda the point of my professor having us do it) to really fuel the competition.
