New purchases not load, moved Data Directory to new external drive, still no load

My new purchase of TYP did not load to my library. I assume is it because I only have 12GB left on my internal drive on my Macbook running Mac OS Catalina using FGU.
I connected a new external 2TB drive and copied my Smiteworks\Fantasy Grounds folders and contents there and changed the Data Directory in Setting to point there. Performing an Update states "Check for WOTC5ETYP for updates. Validating packages. Update check complete. Update complete."
But there is no TYP in my library when I launch FGU and no TYP in the Smiteworks\Fantasy Grounds\campaigns folder.
I uninstalled and reinstalled FGU and still no TYP.
I have confirmed in my FG Account that it indicated purchased.
Any help would be appreciate. Thanks

Try deleting WOTC5ETYP.dat from your FGU data folder under the vault subfolder; then run a new Check For Updates.

The manifest for the file may have saved; but the actual file download failed when the drive space was too small. By deleting the file, you are forcing a full download of that product.
