Help. Can't get to guides and manuels.

Just purchased Fantasy Grounds, Fantasy Grounds Unity and the Dungeon Masters' Guide. Unity Manuel and Guide won't load up. One did yesterday, but not now. I attempted to create an NPC, but it would not load up. Do I need to purchase more before this works?:confused:

Welcome to FG.

You don't say for what ruleset. I'll assume 5e for the moment. You'll find NPCs in the SRD Bestiary from Library > Module >Load SRD Bestiary; and you'll also get some rule information and other things in the Basic Rules and SRD Data modules (load them in the same way).

I'm not seeing an issue with the user manual or Basic guides loading up from the start screen but here's direct links to both:
