View Full Version : Purchased Ult Sub, but no email and not showing under Order History?

Hello everyone!

Late last night I ordered an Ultimate Subscription via Paypal and as of this morning have not received an email nor has it shown up on the Order History. Is this process generally automatic and instant, or do I need to do the Add Unlinked Subscription? If so, where do I find the Profile ID that I need to use?

About to charge up an email to support, I was just hoping to fix this by tonight as Im hosting a DnD game tonight and am far behind in prep. Thanks for any and all help!

Edit: This is for Fantasy Grounds Classic and I am using it through Steam, if that helps.

Can you reach out to [email protected] with any information you have on the purchase (email receipts, etc.), so they can see what happened?

My guess is that the subscription order didn't complete, or their was an issue with the transition from Paypal to our system; but they will be able to verify and get you squared away.
