Connection issues

Hey all. So i have FG U.L. on steam. people with steam have no issues connecting to my games. People without steam however seem to have random issues. They can join my DnD games, but so far more than half the ppl who try and connect to my CoC or MnM games cant. The oranger loading bar just stops and even after waiting over an hr, will not move and does not time out.

Just to be clear are we talking about Classic or Unity?

If Unity what type of game are you running (Cloud or LAN/ Public or Private).

Classic, I haven't even tried unity yet

Make sure that your network is set to private and that you have an exception in your anti virus for FG. And just as a basic thing make sure your players are using the correct alias or IP address when trying to join. And also make sure that your players are using Classic and aren't tring to connect to you using Unity - they are different programs and you cannot connect one to the other.
