Active Effects tracking on a character sheet?

First off I would like to Say thank you to everyone. I have been reading these forums and have had questions answered by just reading through the forums.

How ever I have not seen or heard of an extension that allows you to track what effects you have applied to your character on the character sheet itself. For example Say my Barbarian is raging is there an extension that would highlight the effects icon on my character sheet? Just wondering if there is something out there that would fit the bill.

Thanks for the Quick response! Yes This is much more than i was looking for, was just looking to have the effect marked on the sheet but his is great. Thank you again.

The standard ruleset will also show condition icons on the token on the map.
