Can I take power points edge more than once during creation ?

I have enough points to spend 2 on the edge to get novice and 3 to get the next rank , can i start with + 10 Power points from taking the power points edge twice through character creation.

No, it's clearly stated in the edge's description on pg. 47 of the SWADE rules:

"Power Points may be selected more than once, but only once per Rank."

That even applies to PCs that are members of a Race that get Power Points for free via the Adaptable or Edge racial abilities.
