I ran the update for Update 09-17-20 and it deleted the exe file to run the game. I have uninstalled and used the FGUWebInstall.exe to reinstall but there still isn't any exe file to lunch the game. Is this an issue with the installer or is something else going on.

Can you screenshot the contents of the Program Files/Smiteworks/Fantasy Grounds folder?

Sounds like a virus program quarantined it.
