Ability Flaws?

Is there anything in the character builder to allow for making flaws (-2 to two stats, to give a +2 to one stat)? Or do I need to do it manually. I have a player that is an optimizer, and all his characters have flaws.

You have to do it manually, currently. And be careful when applying boosts, as it can result in automatic boosts calculating wrong (i.e. "real" stat is 16, boosted to 18 manually, a boost will raise it to 20 instead of 19).
