Hotkey transfer

Is it possible to transfer hotkeys from FGI into FGII? I've tried simple copy and paste from user settings to user settings with no luck. I have a player who relies on them and has set up nearly his whole Char. sheet to hotkeys. It took some time. I hate to tell him he has to start from scratch.

Unfortunately, that's not possible due to the fact that the underlaying technical framework was changed quite a bit.
