Arcanist spell tracking?

How does everyone track spells for the Arcanist class?

Example: 1st level Arcanist with +5 Int mod can prepare two spells per day but cast cast 7 spells per day. The tracker in the Abilities tab does either Spontaneous or Prepared/Fixed#Casts.

So I set the Tracker at 7 Spells Prepared (Spontaneous) but I can only really do two of the known spells each day. Is there another way to handle that besides just keeping a Note as to which two are prepared?

Use two caster classes. One is a spontaneous caster whose only purpose is to track slots/day. This one typically just has a single dummy spell per level for tracking slot usage. The second class is a traditional prepared caster where you maintain your spellbook and track spells prepared/day.
