Can Players Save/Retain Shared Maps & Art?

When I share character portraits, maps, landscapes, etc. with players, are they able to stash those later for reference? Or must they ask me, "Hey I forgot what NPC #10 looks like, can you share the portrait?"

Everything shared with a player can be access later by the player by opening the correct object list. i.e. they can open their maps/images list and see all the maps and images you have shared with them in the past. (as long as they are connected to your game.)

Good Day AdamRo :)
Something that can help you and your players is when you open the object list in the bottom right corner there is a button that says "All". If it is pressed it will now only show items that are "Shared". :)

If there is a common map or something I know will be referred back to in multiple sessions I ask my players to drag the shield icon for it to their hot bar. That way with one click they can get back to it.
