Hi, I really enjoy the Starfinder setting, and have been gm'ing my way through the Deadsuns content, but I have a quick pondering for anyone in the know.

If I purchase some of the Pathfinder core books as well as the bestiary, can those items be loaded as modules into my starfinder campaign?

I understand that everything needs some type of conversion, but is it possible to import modules cross toolset or do I just need to create the specific things I want inside the starfinder toolset aka conversion?

I'm just looking to save time. I definitely could use a few creatures from the bestiary and would like to make some npc casters from the old-school, but everything can be custom created as well.

Thanks.

This extension will allow you to open modules from other rulesets: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?41034-Universal-Module-Extension

But it does not do any data conversions. You may experience errors opening PF specific entries in Starfinder and may not be able to use the data exactly as you want. It’s more for allowing access to generic entries (maps, images, story, reference manuals, etc.) than for allowing system specific data to be used in another ruleset.

Thanks, I’ll give it a shot.

Can't wait to try this out. Ran a campaign with dimension shifts for the characters (from Starfinder to Pathfinder universe) and couldn't 'surprise' anyone. But now....muhahahahahaaa
