A quick and hopefully easy question I have been unable to find an answer too.

for a roll of say 4d6 where all rolls of 1 are changed to a 2 is there a /die string for that?

Does this answer your question?

maybe I need more coffee! But ive been through that list and I do not see an option for a roll that changes a roll of 1 to a 2? I see an option for reroll, and an option for dropping the lowest, but not changing a 1 to a 2? Am I missing it? or is it just not possible

I do not think that it is possible to have numbers replaced or to have a sort of minimum value as in your case :) Would need to code this :)

I don't think there is. More/similar info here; https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGU/pages/688330/Rolling+Dice

But I think it's the same info. (edit: but if there is a way, it would be listed on one of those two pages).

Unfortunately, I have combed through that list and came up blank. Essentially where I have an Elementalist specialist, all damage rolls on fire spells for example replace any roll of 1 with a 2. I was hoping to make that a simple click rather than having to calculate every time. Maybe I'll write Dev to see if they can add it. I do not know how to code at that level. Thanks all for your assistance

You can add it to the Wish List, that is where the devs looks for community desires. That said, they are fully engaged in FGU and don't expect any such requests to be addressed until after full release.

I would look at the numerous extensions for the ruleset you use to see if someone has already solved it.
