Updates and Updater issue threads no longer sticky

Not sure if it was an intentional change, but it was nice to have the Updates and Updater Issues stuck at the top. For ease of use to check on what's new/changes.

Thanks for mentioning that! I see it is sticky again, but I will know where to look in the future if it wanders off.
