Following a Search operation in the Reference Manual clearing the search field and hitting enter does not fully repopulate the Ref Manual index/table of contents. Behavior depends upon what sections were expanded prior to initial search. For example, if only one chapter is expanded, it is the only chapter that will be visible after clearing and entering on the search field.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new 5E campaign
2. Load module
3. Open Library, Select module, select Reference Manual
4. Expand one or two chapters
5. Search on a word (such as 'search')
6. Note results
7. Clear search field, hit enter
Note TOC now only shows those chapters that were in step 4.
Note, closing and re-opening Ref Manual re-displays all chapters.
