[Possible bug?] Alt+numpad codes not working

Hi :)

I realized that FGU does not support "alt+numpad code" to write letters and signs not having a key on the keyboard (like special letters from other languages), although copy&paste from other sources work. I am not sure whether it is intended like this, but I realized that FGC supports this. Hence, I wanted to report this, just in case :) (maybe related to a similar issue as with altGr some time back?)

I think this is related to a limitation of what the Unity input engine supports for the OS keyboard interface. Neither FGC or FGU does any specific handling of Alt + Numpad codes.
