Module Problem

So, I have more information on my weird module display problem.

I recently created an item module, and it displays fine.

I also created a separate module that only had one occupation, and only that one occupation. That module will not display in the library, despite the occupation showing up in the occupation list. Is it possible that the problem is related to having an occupation in the module?
