Shotgun Damage...

When one of my players rolled damage for his character after hitting with a shotgun, FG rolled a -3d6, generating a negative number with no die exploding when a 6 was rolled. That surprised me.

How have you addressed this issue? Subattacks? Change the damage value?

Two ways:

1) Sub attacks - preferred method tody
2) Change to 1d6 damage, then right click to add a die, or double right click to add 2 (the old way before sub attacks)
