Player can't access their character in my game

Player logs onto the game and his character doesn't have full functionality. He has no access to the library, character sheet is mostly blank, etc. Even though the chat window shows we are running the same ruleset, however, when he logs in this message pops up "Host (3.3.11) is running different version than client (3.3.2)." Is that the problem?

Yes, that's the problem Your player will need to update to the same version as you.

Thanks. But he doesn't seem to be able to update properly then. He's reinstalling...again.
