Spinning d20?

So, this isn't really a problem. But, I find it interesting.

When I hold down Ctrl and throw the d20, it spins for a very long dime before coming to rest. However, it doesn't happen without holding control. Wierd.

I also noted that holding control makes it so the roll isn't hidden.
