Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me. I admit I haven't been using the game recently but ever since a recent PC upgrade I haven't been able to see my Steam DLC purchases in game. I have tried settings > manage purchases and refreshing, uninstalling and reinstalling the game and verifying game files in Steam but nothing seems to work. When I put my password into account login in settings it attempts to login then flashes up a message that is gone after milliseconds that I just cannot read. I have even purchased extra DLC to see if that kick starts the rest to update but nothing is showing in my extensions when I load the game. I have attached an image of my purchased DLC in Steam but cannot figure out why it is not updating in my game.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

You will need to make sure that your account login is successful in the FG settings - as purchases are tied to this.

You also need to make sure that your Steam account is successfully linked to your FG account. Do that here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/syncSteamAccount.xcp
