I have purchased the advanced players guide. I have a player that would like to play a Lawfull Evil Champion Tyrant. Is this going to be added in at any point?

The ability choices will be added in at some point - anything beyond that is still manual. So there's nothing stopping you creating one now. Just add the relevant class features, and any associated changes required, manually.
