Port Forwarding not working Fantasy Grounds classic

I've had fantasy grounds for over a year now and have never been properly able to set up the port forward. I found the model of the router I have, an Icotera i5800 and have followed the online guide to set it up but every time I try and test it it will not connect. I've disabled my firewall and still it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? and how can I fix it. Thanks in advance, if you need more info to diagnose the problem please let me know
