Can't mod touch attack

Should be able to use the mouse to roll the touch attack up or down.

One of the players has a feat that gives him a bonus to touch attacks.

I agree. All computed values should be adjustable. This includes more than just touch attack. At the present time I would like to adjust.

Temporary adjustment to:
1. Base attributes SDCIWC.
2. AC, FF, TA
3. Initiative
4. Mellee attack, ranged attack.

This is already implemented for FORT, REF, WILL save using a small bubble with the temporary modifier.

Hmm. your thing for Initative made me go look. Seems when they removed the bubble from it tying to the Misc Mod, it removed the ability to roll it up at all, not just didn't tie it in to the misc mod. Because we could roll it up prior to 2.0.5 if I remember correctly.
