Scroll Bar Missing from CRS Rule Set v3.3.10c after 7/30/2020 Update

I'm currently missing the scroll bar on the skills page after getting the CoC 7e ruleset update v3.3.10c on 30-JUL-2020. The scroll bar was there just prior to updating and then post update does not show up and I cannot scroll through the list to spend points on skills. I did attempt to create a new CoC campaign and the same thing happened with it.

The following from Damned worked to correct my issue.

"You may need to delete the \rulesets\CoreRPG.pak and the \vault\CHAFGCOCCOC7ERS.dat files and rerun the updater."
