[5E] At my wits' end; why is there no token box??

Everywhere I look, there's "token box on the sidebar" here, "slide counters from the token box" there. I do not have a token box in my sidebar, nor does my library let me enable it; how do I proceed?

I'd recommend going through some of the FGU wiki to make sure you're up-to-speed on some of the differences between FGU and FGC.
