Changing information in the combat tracker in 5e

According to the wiki, the DM is supposed to be able to change any information in the combat tracker. And in some campaigns, I can. However, there are some campaigns where I cannot change fields such as wounds, temp hp, or total hp. I click in the box and type the new value in, but the numbers don't change. I guess because this works in some campaigns, but not all of them, it's probably a setting that I have changed, but I have looked through all the options and nothing looks as though it would turn off editing in the combat tracker.

Any suggestions?

There is no setting which switches off the DMs ability to edit information on the CT. One possible culprit may be extensions. Test in a new campaign without extensions
