Text blurry

I realised that after some update the text is really blurry. FG Classic is fine but the text in Unity looks like as if there is too much antialiasing.
The Ui scale is set to 100.
Anything I can do to make it look sharp again?

Operating system? Date code? Ruleset? Extensions? Themes? O/S scaling? Screen resolution? Screen shots?

If you have any graphics driver control panel or "experience" programs; make sure there are not any overrides set up for FGU, and try toggling antialiasing.
