I am unable to put the value 1 in multiplier box
i can put in 11 and 2 but not 1

Well there's no point in multiplying by 1 since that's the same as not multiplying at all. If the base modifier is +3 then multiplying by 1 is still 3. The multiplier is only needed if you are going be multiplying by a number higher (or less) than one.
What are you trying to achieve anyway?

I thought a blank multiplier was 0 not 1
Once I knew that I traced the problem to the ability for the group of spells which was blank not WIS for the Cleric
