Summary: Placing an image layer on top of a battlemap, then rotating the layer, then resizing the layer, causes it to go crazy and disappear.

Ruleset(s): 5E, maybe others (not tested)

New Campaign / FGC Migrated Campaign: New Campaign

Extensions/Themes: Both default and D&D Official

Modules Loaded: Happened in my real campaign, the 5E sample campaign, and a brand new testing campaign; modules do not appear to be related.

Operating System / Language Setting: Windows 10, tested on two separate computers

Steps to Reproduce:

Open any battlemap in a campaign
Open the Assets window and go to the Images tab
Find an image and drag it onto the battlemap
Click the image and drag the corner handles around to resize the image. Everything works fine.
Now grab the little 'rotation' handle and rotate the image 90° to either side
Grab one of the corner handles and try to resize again. The image goes crazy and disappears, and the console pops up, with messages saying "Token(name_of_image.jpg) scale matrix is zero"

It looks like the handle rescaling is not accounting for the fact that the coordinate positions are rotated. A fun little maths puzzle to fix!
