Greetings everyone,

I am starting a grassroots effort to connect Fantasy Grounds AL players and DM's utilizing Warhorn.net.

As most of our FLGS' remain closed to open gaming there is a strong demand for play from home over Fantasy Grounds. Warhorn has updated their events listing to include an online location, type of VTT software being used, and Discord channel invite feature to become more accessible to online play.

I have created a D&D Adventurers League on Fantasy Grounds events listing here:

https://warhorn.net/events/dnd-adventurers-league-on-fantasy-grounds

I also created a Facebook group found here:

Facebook D&D Adventurers League on Fantasy Grounds (https://www.facebook.com/groups/377647633202606/)

Finally, I have created a form for DM's to schedule their sessions:

Outlook Form (https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=DQSIkWdsW0yxEjajBLZtrQAAAAAAA AAAAANAASQWpbBUNlVVRU1VV0xWTVJHR0tWSUJSQlBCNUkwQy4 u)

Please give me your suggestions and inputs to help get this off the ground!

Cheers,

Greg

DM Greg,
Are you playing on FG Classic or FG Unity?

Currently FGC. I just picked up FGU and want to orient myself better with it before hosting games. It looks like there are only minor differences so far. The map unmasking has been my biggest hang-up so far.

I should note, this is not designed for me to be the only DM. Anyone can DM in this group and user either version of FG they want as well as their choice of Discord or communication device.

Hey Greg,

As it turns out, we are just now starting to look at doing this very same thing. I would like to connect you with [email protected] as we just brought her onboard to help expand our D&D AL presence. She was looking at creating a section on Warhorn for monthly gamedays and other events. She saw your group there and wanted to see if we could utilize that instead of creating a new one with (Official) tacked on the end.
