[Bug] Critical confirmation does not always take ATK effects take into account

Hi :)

I found some bugs related to the critical confirmation roll: Normally it gets affected by ATK effects. But when this effect has an effect target or is combined with IFT stuff then the effect does not get applied to the crit confirm even though the target is and/or the conditions are true/correct :) (I somehow have the feeling that this got already reported, but I am not sure. Sorry, when reported again :) )

Moreover, another extremely small bug: When the target has negative AC for whatever reason, then the crit confirm result is not displayed (there will be still a chat message but just about that one should check manually)
